J & P Homestays are able to provide good amenities with affordable prices, thanks to the cooperation of our beloved guests in taking good care of our premises when they are staying with us. While the maintenance is low, we can keep the price low.
To all our beloved guests, please follow these simple housekeeping rules:
1. Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 12 pm.
2. Strictly no smoking and no pet(s) in our homestay area. Please be thoughtful and respectful to other guests.
3. No shoes allowed in the house. Keep our home clean all the time.
4. Don't change the arrangement of the furniture. We might unintentionally damage the furniture.
5. Don't keep food and drink in the room. They might attract insects, like ants.
6. Do keep our voice low.
7. Do contact homestay owner immediately if you found anything broken/ not functioning/ not in good condition during your stay. We will get it fixed the soonest to ensure your comfort.
8. Do clean up our kitchen and dining area after cooking and eating.
If found:
1. Smoking or pet in the house, deodorizing fee and seven days of overnight fee will be charged. Our next guests might be allergic to the smell or pet's fur. Therefore we need to keep the room/ whole house vacant for cleaning purposes for several days.
3. Lost key will be charge RM 50, as we need to change the whole lock for security reason.
4. Damage of furniture or facility. Charge will base on the market price of the new replacement. If the same replacement cannot be found, the price of similar model/ brand/ design will be charged.
